Q. Dispatch & Delivery Time?
A. For accepted orders placed before 2 PM IST, Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays, we aim to dispatch on the same working day. Delivery typically takes 3–4 days after dispatch, depending on the address and courier.
Q. Serviceable Pincode for Delivery?
A. We deliver within India only. Email contact@abbieviolet.com if you need help checking delivery to your PIN code.
Q. Available Payment Method?
A. Cash on Delivery only. Select Place Order at the final checkout step. Your order reference appears after our service receives your order.
Q. Return-Refund Option?
A. Email contact@abbieviolet.com to request a return. Courier pickup is within 2 days after the request email. The UPI refund is initiated within 2 days after we receive the returned item, less ₹20 per returned item. Defective or incorrectly shipped items have no return courier deduction. See the Return and Refund Policy for the conditions.

Q. Order Cancellation Option?
A. Email contact@abbieviolet.com with your order reference before dispatch to request a cancellation. Clearing your browser does not cancel a submitted order.
Q. Order Tracking Option?
A. After dispatch, you can track further with the Courier’s website using their tracking details, which you will receive via SMS.
Q. How durable are my shoes?
A. Durability depends on the selected product, how it is used and how it is cared for. Read the individual product description and care instructions for its materials and intended use. Footwear is not protective equipment for extreme activities.
Q. How long will a pair of shoes last me?
A. Wear varies with the product, frequency of use, surface and care. Follow the care instructions on the selected product page; we do not specify a single lifespan for every style.
Q. How comfortable are my shoes?
A. Cushioning, flexibility, weight and materials vary by product. Check the individual product page and select the appropriate UK size for your fit.
Q. Are shoes weather-resistant?
A. Weather resistance varies by style and material. Follow the features and care guidance on the individual product page; do not assume every style is waterproof or suitable for every weather condition.

Q. Will the color of my shoes bleed or fade?
A. Follow the care instructions for the chosen product. Colour appearance and wear can vary with the material, washing and exposure; avoid harsh cleaning agents and direct heat.
